Prior to founding BSS Fire, Amit served as the Sales Head for Jammu & Kashmir at Ceasefire Industries, where he spent years directing regional life-safety operations, specialized hazard mitigation projects, and institutional safety deployments across government installations, defense complexes, hotels, hospitals, and manufacturing plants.
Recognizing the critical need for a locally rooted engineering firm that could take end-to-end responsibility — from hydraulic calculations and CAD drafting to pipe fabrication, pump room erection, and statutory Fire NOC compliance — Amit established Baalaay Safety Solutions (BSS Fire) in 2017.
Under his leadership, BSS Fire negotiated and secured the exclusive authorized distribution partnership for Kanex Fire in Jammu & Kashmir, established dedicated in-house technical crews permanently stationed in Jammu, and successfully delivered life-safety projects for landmark clients including KC Public School, Vivanta Jammu, SMVDU Katra, PWD, PDD, and leading industrial manufacturers across Bari Brahmana, Samba, and Kathua.
Amit continues to personally direct BSS Fire's technical engineering consultations, high-hazard site surveys, and AMC quality standards, ensuring that every installation strictly complies with National Building Code (NBC 2016 Part 4) and relevant Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications.
